Automatic O-Ring Assembly Tool by AGI Automation:

Designed for automated seal / O-ring placement applications, this  pneumatic multi motion parallel gripper facilitates o-ring placement, part ejection or part seating. Two sizes are available: one for handling up to 3 inch I.D., model  AGP-6-OR (six jaw).  The second is a larger unit to handle up to 12 inch I.D., model  AGP-8-OR (eight jaw).  Both have independent spreading and multi motion through-hole parallel gripper design. Ejector movements providing hexagonal or octagonal stretched O-ring require less overall expansion and considerably less deformation during assembly process. The ejector jaws push off the O-Ring seal onto the part being assembled.  O-rings can be placed vertically or horizontally and no lubrication is needed.
